Youth Training

Our youth program is designed to lay the foundation for athleticism and coordination. Our goal is to help young athletes achieve immediate and future athletic success by learning basic movements such as how to push, pull, squat, hinge, and lunge. We also emphasize the importance of developing the mind, preaching daily that if we change the mind, we change the culture!

High-School Training

Our high school training program is designed to help athletes take their training, athletic potential, and mindset to a new level. We focus on developing speed, strength and power, all pillars to overall athletic success. Throughout this program we also concentrate on sport specific movements aimed to give each athlete an edge on the playing field!

College Athletes

Our college training program aims to help collegiate athletes gain an on competition in preparation for the upcoming season. Through strength training, we aim to help rebuild the body after a long, demanding season. To complement the work each athlete will do in the weight room, we also incorporate injury prevention, mobility, and core strengthening exercises.

Adult Training

We approach our adult fitness program the same way we do any other program at Grind Time Fit; with intentional focus on your overall goals. Our training program includes power and Olympic weightlifting, functional movements and aerobic exercises.

COMBINE TRAINING

Our 12 week program aims to prepare our athletes to their highest potential. We train 2-3 times a day, focusing on power/strength, field work and technical breakdown of each combine test as well as positional drills. We consider ourselves a full-service combine preparation facility with high level coaching, personalized nutrition, rehab and recovery. We aim to ensure physical and mental preparation.

PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES

Our off-season training program is tailored for our professional athletes ensuring the highest level of training without over training. This program consists of five sessions a week. Each session will include an equal amount of time in the weight room and on the field where position specific drills and footwork skills are enhanced.

$300 / MONTH

- 5x wk strength training

- 3 to 4 class times Monday thru Friday
- Before and after pictures
- Strength & Conditioning

- Injury prevention & mobility
- 12 week program built up to "Savage Week"
- Month to Month contract taken out on the 1st of every month
- 30 Day Cancellation Policy

Grindtime Fit is a results driven high-level training facility where we value athletes of all ages and experiences that want to put in the hours it takes to achieve maximum athletic ability.
